I’m Sally, Mum to three little boys. I teach Pregnancy Yoga, Antenatal classes and Hypnobirthing classes, why? because they are exactly the classes that I was searching for but couldn’t find when I was expecting my oldest child. I really wanted to understand and learn about the importance of breathing and relaxation, how I could be more in control and use movement to help me during labour. Lots of reading and research eventually led me to retrain and now I’m fortunate to be sharing these techniques with other mums-to-be and sharing in their pregnancy and birth journey. I have been teaching for 6 years now and offer Pregnancy Yoga, Hypnobirthing, couples antenatal classes, baby massage and yoga classes.
Pregnancy Yoga classes are unique birth preparation classes inspired by yoga and designed to make your confident birth second nature. It’s so much more than just pregnancy yoga, this class also includes hypnobirthing and active birth techniques ! Suitable from 14 weeks onwards.
Couples Antenatal Classes. This is an all embracing 3 hour intensive birth preparation class designed for mum to be and her birthing partner. Perfect for when you get to around 28 weeks or onwards in your pregnancy. The workshops are small and intimate giving you the opportunity to ask lots of questions and take a further in depth look at labour.
Baby Massage Classes. Learn infant massage sequences and gentle yoga stretching – this is so much more than just baby massage! Suitable from 6 weeks – 6 months.
Baby Yoga Classes. Baby yoga and movement routines, postnatal movement and multi sensory stimulation. Help your baby develop and grow whilst having fun. The routines enhance visual and auditory tracking, work on developing spacial awareness and help baby progress to their next developmental milestones. Suitable for babies from 16 weeks right up to mobile.
