Within the wrigglers class we cover baby yoga and movement routines, postnatal movement and multi sensory stimulation. These are all designed to help your baby develop and grow whilst having fun. The routines enhance visual and auditory tracking, work on developing spatial awareness and balance to enhance baby’s sense of self and to gently help baby to progress to their next developmental milestones. There is also lots of lovely rhyme and singing!!!
