This is a one off 3 hour workshop for mum and birth partner to explore active birthing techniques, from getting labour started right through to the early days with baby. We will start by going through your birth plan and then move on to techniques to help you stay calm and comfortable through labour, understanding how hormones and your body work and also how gravity can help. Birth partners will learn how to support mum through breathing techniques, movements, massage and how to advocate her wishes.
Perfect for mums who are already attending weekly Daisy Birthing classes so your birthing partner can really get involved in supporting you or alternatively just as a one off session.
Just £80 per couple.
Ideally attended between 26-38 weeks of pregnancy but it’s never too late!!!
