A few of the wonderful ladies in class are off on their summer holidays!
Here are my Top 5 Tips For Flying When Pregnant.
1. Try and move around for at least 5 minutes every hour – stretching out your legs, rotating ankles, flexing your feet, stretching your arms out above your head, neck circles, shoulder rolling will all help
2. Wear compression flight socks to help keep your circulation flowing
3. See if you can get an aisle seat. that way you might get a little more leg room and it’ll be easier to get in and out to walk around and go to the toilet
4. Remember to drink lots and lots of water, remember flying will dehydrate you. Try and avoid tea,coffee and fizzy drinks as they will only dehydrate you further
5. Make sure that you put the seat belt under your bump
And most importantly of all make sure that you have a wonderful holiday! xxxx
