January Tinies Baby Massage and Wrigglers Baby Yoga Classes
New term of Baby Massage Class starting Thursday the 10th January at 11.15am, 12.15pm and 1.30pm.
Baby massage is a wonderful lifelong skill that enhances and nurtures the bond between parent and baby.
Becoming a new mum can be a challenging and exhausting yet rewarding time. Baby massage classes are designed to empower new parents and take time out of their lives to relax and spend quality time to focus on their babies and to learn a skill that they can do anywhere, at any time.
Massage helps your baby to sleep better. Massage increases levels of relaxation which promotes longer more restful sleep.
Is your baby suffering with digestive issues? baby massage helps to provide relief from wind, constipation and colic. Do you know that baby massage can even help with teething discomfort?!
The room that we use is a lovely warm and comfy environment for you and your baby to relax and feel safe.
Classes are completely baby led, so please don’t worry if you need to stop, soothe, feed, nappy change or cuddle. That’s all absolutely fine!
The classes are held over six weekly sessions and are for babies from around 4 weeks to crawling. Baby massage techniques can continue to be used as your child grows.
Baby classes are held at The Bernays Memorial Hall which is next door to Sainsbury’s on the main Broadway in Stanmore.
The massage sessions are 45 minutes long and each class includes a demonstration and group practice of massage strokes and are completely baby led.
There is also time for you to relax, have a chat, a cup of tea and a biscuit is you’d like to.
The new term of classes will be starting on Thursday 10th January. Tinies baby massage classes at 11.15am, 12.15pm and 1.30pm.
